Created by Welsh architect Sir Clough Williams-Ellis, Portmeirion Village in coastal Snowdonia was designed to show how a naturally beautiful site could be developed without spoiling it. Beginning in 1925, his grand vision took 50 years to complete as a tightly grouped coastal village with many attractions for visitors.  Described as the Italian Riviera meets rural Wales, visitors can enjoy the riot of colour and architectural styles of the buildings around a central piazza, scenic surroundings, two hotels, historic cottages, gift shops, a spa and award winning restaurants.

Beech’s Fine Chocolates has been manufacturing the finest British confectionery for over 100 years. Beech’s ultra-smooth Fairtrade Cocoa chocolate is used in a delicious range of over 100 different products. The range includes Luxury Truffles, Gourmet Fondants, double enrobed Chocolate Brazil Nuts, Stem Ginger, Bars, Real Dairy Fudge and many more! Beech’s uses only natural ingredients, and everything they make is also Palm and Gluten Free. They have been making fine chocolate on the same site in Preston, the traditional way, since 1920.

Both prizes include the free Portmeirion Family Day ticket and the collection of Beech’s chocolates.

Two winners will be picked by Portmeirion Ltd and Beech’s Fine Chocolates from all the entries. The first selected winner will win the 1st prize depicted above and the second selected winner will receive the 2nd prize depicted above. Portmeirion Ltd and Beech’s Fine Chocolates reserve the right to substitute  prizes of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash equivalent. Portmeirion Ltd and Beech’s Fine Chocolates reserve the right to choose other winners  if either of the winners initially chosen do not have a UK address. Only one entry per person. This giveaway is not open to employees of Portmeirion Ltd or Beech’s Fine Chocolates,  their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. The winner will be notified by phone and e.mail on Wednesday 22nd May 2024 and will be asked to confirm their details within 24 hours of this contact. Once each winner has confirmed their details  the prizes will be despatched. If no confirmatory response can be obtained from  either of the winners within the time frame above alternative winners will be chosen. Once this has been done, the original winner or winners will have forfeited the prize.
